This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam. The Dam is operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers and is situated on the Snake River. The work duties will be performed inside and outside the hydroelectric (powerhouse) facility.
