We’re hiring Part-Time Substitute Teachers to support preschools and daycare centers (ages 0-5) - this role focuses on early childhood, not traditional K-12 classrooms.
Earn $17-$20/hr (up to $160/day) with flexible, part-time work that lets you choose when and where you work. No teaching license, lesson planning, or grading required.
We are hiring Substitute Teachers in Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas including De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Suamico, Howard, and Bellevue in Brown County.
Why this role is different:
Work only in preschools and daycare centers (ages 0-5)
No lesson planning, grading, or test administration
No teaching license required
Flexible, part-time schedule - choose your working location, days, and hours! Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours, between 6 AM and 6 PM
Paid training and onboarding provided
Work across multiple early childhood programs
Pay & Incentives:
$17-$20/hr (up to $160/day)
Up to $300 in bonuses in your first 90 days ($100 for your first 8 hours in week one)
Ongoing hour milestone bonuses up to $250
Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel
