The purpose of the position is to supervise and deliver quality behavioral health services and care to youth ages 12 to 17 years of age with substance use/chemical dependency/co-occurring problems.The Resident Assistant works in coordination with other professional staff in the management and supervision of facility residents to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential treatment environment. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
