As the designated first-line supervisory authority, you will be responsible and accountable for the seamless operation of your assigned unit(s) within the Acute Care. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in orienting, training, developing, and evaluating nursing staff-serving as an educator, mentor, practitioner, and leader.
