The Primary Care Physician is the leader of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) (Physician, RN, LPN, and clerical associate) which provides direct care for our Veterans enrolled in Primary Care at the Wisconsin Rapids VA CBOC. ***This position is eligible for a Recruitment/Relocation Incentives along with the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), and the Physician Contract Buy Out Program (CBOP). ***See benefits section below for more information.
