This position is assigned to the Director of Recovery, Mental Health Care Line, to provide all administrative support to the Mental Health Recovery Section and Mental Health Social Work discipline. Program Specialist for the Mental Health Care Line provides authoritative direction and analytical support for multiple complex programs within the service. This includes responsibility for overall section management, policy development, contract administration, and comprehensive fiscal oversight.
