What you'll do
Run the line during lunch + dinner rushes
Assemble pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and apps from hand-stretched dough and real sauces
Keep prep moving and the station tight
Communicate with the rest of the crew — no silent shifts
Hold the kitchen to the standard you'd want to eat at
