The VISN Management and Program Analyst exists to provide centralized operational intelligence and advanced program/data analysis for decision support to the VISN Operations Center, VISN and Health Service Area (HSA) Executive Leadership Team. The incumbent works in close partnership with the Primary Health System Specialist to translate complex operational, clinical, and administrative data into actionable intelligence that informs network-wide strategic decision-making.
